Ealish Wilson
Using a digital camera as a modern sketchbook to record her daily experiences, she then crops, doubles, repeats, and inverts the images, creating layers of dense visual complexity and pattern making. The final designs are printed onto sailcloth and other contemporary industrial materials and combined with techniques traditionally associated with clothing construction to create textile sculptures and bas-reliefs.
