Teruyoshi Yoshida
The work is concerned with the patination of surface and it underlying structure. Using traditional Yuzen dying and stencilling techniques and the traditional materials of bamboo, lacquer, paper and cotton cloth, his work is rooted in his knowledge and understanding of Japanese culture.
