                Mitsuo Toyazaki
Trained as a dyer and in katagami, he is a collector and accumulator of the small and overlooked, finding beauty and humour in the mundane and ordinary. The work carries a cultural narrative through his relationship with tradition, which is purposely disrupted by his use of unexpected materials.
